Monitor a topic daily
The bot checks for news on your topic every day, in the press, on X or in forums, and only reports what is genuinely new and relevant. No more endless scrolling.
How it works
- Name the topic and the sources, for example three websites, specific X accounts or a forum.
- Define what counts as important and what does not.
- Get a short note with links daily, or right away for big news.
Starter prompt
Copy the prompt into your Grok bot and replace the parts in square brackets.
Monitor the topic [topic] for me. Every morning, check news sites, X and specialist forums for anything new from the last 24 hours. Send me at most five points with one sentence and a link each, and skip repeats and unsourced rumours. If nothing important happened, just write "nothing new".
